You will receive a notification whenever a job that you triggered or scheduled has finished. Notifications inform you about the outcome of the execution of the process and provide immediate access to execution results and log files.

Notifications are displayed for:

• Asynchronous data capture template import or export. These notifications are displayed to the user who has triggered asynchronous import or export when the export or import has finished.
• Jobs scheduled for application maintenance by Software AG are scheduled by a maintenance user during the test phase. No notifications are sent to you or any of your colleagues about the execution of such jobs. They are of the notification types ADIF and Job Schedule 

The notification icon in the application header  will show a red mark when new notifications are available.

Click on the notification icon  to open the notification panel. You will see all unread notifications in the tab All. To view only notifications for a single activity, change to the tab with the name of the activity type. If you are receiving notifications about the jobs triggered by Software AG for application maintenance, you will see notifications are of the types ADIF and Job Schedule.

To view all notifications including unread notifications not fitting in the window and notifications marked as read, click the View All link on the bottom of the notifications window.
