Using the Knowledge Center, you can display an overview of all fixes.
To access this overview, choose All Fixes from the left navigation bar.
The fixes are listed in alphabetical order by product in the right frame.
When you choose a link in the Correction Type column, information on this type of fix is shown and you can download the fix. For an explanation of the different correction types in this column (such as "Service Pack" or "All Zaps"), see Document Types in the Knowledge Center.
