Updating the Device Information
If the mobile device management has been allowed on a device, you can request an update of general device information, such as the device's name and installed apps.
To update the device information
1. Click .
2. Click the link for the device for which you want to update the information.
3. On the Device tab, click Update Device Info.
Note:  
To view the updated device info, go to the Commands tab and check the latest UpdateInfoCommand entry. See Viewing the Commands that have been Sent to a Device.
