The Virtualize <API_Name> (Step 2 of 3) wizard specifies the list of actions to govern the run-time behavior for the virtual API.
The run-time behavior of the virtual API is defined by the three components: Policy Accordions, Run-Time Actions, and the Message Flow Stages.
