Metamap module in OneData allows you to import metadata from different sources and automatically map it to current standards. The matching algorithm can be run at periodic intervals to account for the growing standard layer. To use this functionality, you must have a matching engine. If the auto-matching algorithm cannot find a match, manual matching utility can be used to look for potential matches.

MetaMap Matching engine can be used in both the ISO 11179-based MDR or MetaMap Core Standard Layer.
