HTTP Client API for ActiveX Version 8.2.2

HTTP Client API for ActiveX

The HTTP Client API for ActiveX, more briefly referred to as the "ActiveX API", provides a variety of methods and properties which enable applications, written in C++, VisualBasic or Natural, to access and manipulate documents in a Tamino database. This API can be used with the Windows platform only.

This document is intended for software developers who wish to create applications on the basis of ActiveX that access XML databases stored in Tamino. It is assumed that you are familiar with using the Tamino Manager to create databases, and with using the Tamino Interactive Interface to load schemas and data and perform XML database queries.
