On the Predefined Profiles page of the New Type or Modify Type wizard, you can select which predefined profiles you want to display for objects of this type in the Details Editor. Profile assignments for predefined object types and the system-defined object types Organization and User cannot be removed.

Select the profiles to be displayed for the type. Remove a selection to deassign a profile.
