The Permissions tab in the Details Editor displays the security settings for the registry object, object type or folder or file currently selected.

An option that is checked indicates that the user or group is granted the corresponding permission. An option that is not checked indicates that the user or group is denied the corresponding right.

You cannot make changes on this tab. For defining security settings, use the CentraSite Control (Web interface).
