For repository-based deployment, you can deploy assets and composites using transactional deployment. When transactional deployment is enabled, Deployer automatically creates the checkpoint for the target server when you deploy the deployment set. If deployment fails, Deployer automatically rolls back all of the target servers to the state they were in when Deployer created the checkpoint.
