Administrators to add new users.

Sign up page: New users can provide basic details such as their email address and password, and sign up for Developer Portal using the Sign up page accessed from the landing page. The sign up request is forwarded for approval based on the onboarding strategy. You can configure an onboarding process for the incoming sign up requests by specifying the required strategies from the Onboarding screen. Manage users section: You can also add users and user groups from the Manage users page of the Adminstration section.
