This section provides an overview of the enhancements for Data Archiving for Adabas Version 1.8.1.
The Adabas FDT analysis capability has been enhanced to provide detailed information at the field level.
When browsing a Vault (Browsing Archives in a Vault) or displaying Search results (Search Results), the "FDT Analysis" option is available from the drop-down Operations box.
Selecting an Archive and choosing this option allows the FDTs of the archived Source Files to be displayed. If multiple Archives are selected (for the same Group/Plan/Action) an automatic comparison of the FDTs is performed and the results displayed.
