Use the following procedure to configure closed loop analytics components. Note that this procedure assumes that you have installed closed loop analytics and all related components in an appropriate manner using the Software AG Installer. Refer to Installing Software AG Products for more information and instructions about installing the required Software AG components.

In addition to the procedure below, you must import the appropriate escalation related assets into Software AG Designer. These assets include the following:
