Editing a Workflow Escalation Event
You can edit the escalation event from the screen where it was created.
To edit a workflow escalation event
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Configuration > Workflow > Workflow Escalation Event to view all the events created.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the required event.
3. Make the changes as required and click Save.
