Assigning Workflow Rules within the Rule Definition
In addition to assigning a workflow rule by directly accessing an object, you can assign the workflow rule to an object from the rule itself.
To assign workflow rule through the rule itself
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Configuration > Workflow > Workflow Rules.
2. Click the Edit icon of the required rule.
3. Click the Objects Associated tab.
The objects currently associated with the rule (if any) are displayed.
4. Click Add new Relation.
5. Select the object type and object and click Set Rule.
7. Click Save.
