OneData allows the administrator to approve the records which are pending with any approver. This functionality lets you to approve the pending transactions that must be approved urgently when the approvers are not available (one or all approvers).

The administrator can use the Manage > Admin Approvals function to push the workflow transactions in pending status further through approval pipeline. When somebody approves/rejects workflow transaction using Admin Approval, a new record saying APPROVED BY ADMIN GROUP or REJECTED BY ADMIN GROUP is added into approval pipeline of the workflow transaction.
