Applying Advanced Filter on an Administered Item
You must switch your preference to Advanced Filter by enable advanced filtering on the Menu toolbar (click Personalize > Preferences or toggle Advanced Filter in the Preferences toolbar.)
To apply an advanced filter on an administered item
1. From the Home portal or the Favorites menu option, click Administered Items.
OneData displays the Filter screen.
2. In Administered Item Type, select Data Element.
3. Enter a criteria and click Next.
For example, to search for all Data Elements that do not have a Registration Authority assigned to them, select Is Null next to Registration Authority.
