Viewing Results of Workflow Escalation Job
You can download the log file as a text file. The log gives the details regarding all the workflow escalation events.
To view the result of workflow escalation job
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Administer > Job Center.
2. Select Job Type as Workflow Escalation.
3. Click Next to view all the workflow escalation jobs.
4. Click View Log next to required job. OneData displays the Job Log screen with the status of the job execution.
5. Under Download File column the log file is available for download. Click on the log file to open or save the file.
