Customizing the Home Page
OneData includes standard portlets, areas of information that display on the Home page.
Welcome area. Displays a welcome message to the user. You can customize this portlet to display text or links to URLs.
News. Displays news and information relevant to all
OneData users. You can customize this portlet to display text or links to URLs.
Inbox. Displays any pending change requests or workflow items in the respective inbox, including a a link directly to the approval page. The data in this portlet is automatically generated by
OneData and cannot be modified through the portlet.
Favorites. Displays the favorite objects saved by the user. The data in this portlet is automatically generated by
OneData and cannot be modified through the portlet.
If an anonymous user is enabled, you can also customize how the Home page displays to the guest user.
