Actions in a Case Task
You can perform actions on a task associated with a case in the case details page.
To perform an action on a task
1. In the case details page, click the Task ID for the task in the Activities panel.
2. Select one of the following actions depending on the current status of the task.
Action
Use this action to...
Assign to User
Assign the task to a user.
Delete
Delete the task.
Complete
Change the task status to Complete.
