Date/Time | Displays the date and time that the system component and business process violated a rule and went out of compliance. |
Detail | Displays rule detail, KPI instance detail, process analytics, Six Sigma, and view detail icons, as appropriate. |

Duration | Greater Than/Less Than | Select a duration in minutes, hours, or days from the list. |

SLA | Equals | With SLA or Without SLA. |
Customer | Contains | Type any text contained in the label used to identify the customer associated with the rule. |
