Optimize displays the following standard set of information, with a set of standard column headings, for each process instance:

For processes that contain custom fields, Optimize can also display custom column headings to display custom information that has been added to the process.

If instances from multiple processes are displayed, the custom headings may need to be concatenated and displayed within the standard Process Instance ID column.
