Exporting KPI Readings for a Specified Time Range
On the Analytics Overview page you can search for KPI readings for a specified time range and export the results to a .csv file.
*To export KPI readings for a specified time range
1. In My webMethods: Navigate > Applications > Monitoring > System Wide > Analytics Overview.
2. Click the Advanced search tab.
For more information about using the Advanced search tab, see Searching for Components on the Analytics Overview Page.
3. Select a predefined value from the Last Reading Range drop-down list, or specify a user-defined time period using the Start Date, End Date, Hour and Minute fields.
4. Click Search.
Optimize searches for KPI instances which have last readings in the specified Last Reading Range.
5. In the Analytics Overview pane, select the Table view.
By default, the table lists up to 200 KPI instances which have last readings in the specified Last Reading Range. To change the maximum number of KPI instances that are displayed in the table, specify a value up to and including 5,000 in the Max Results field on the Options tab of the Search pane and click Save.
6. Click Export Readings.
The Export Readings dialog opens.
7. Select an export option.
The following table lists the export options.

Export all KPI readings in the specified Last Reading Range
Select the Export All Readings check box.
Include the auto-generated zero values of the KPI readings in the specified Last Reading Range
Select the Include Zero Readings check box.
Export all KPI readings in the specified Last Reading Range, including the auto-generated zero values of the KPI readings
Select the Export All Readings and the Include Zero Readings check boxes.
Export only the KPI readings that are listed in the Table view of the Analytics Overview pane
Leave the Export All Readings and the Include Zero Readings check boxes unselected.
8. Click Export.
Optimize generates a .csv file that lists the KPI readings.
Note:
The maximum number of KPI readings that Optimize supports for extraction is 2,000,000.
