Mobile Support uses a database that resides on Integration Server, referred to as the Mobile Support sync store, to record the latest changes that were made to the backend data by either the mobile application or the backend application. In addition to recording the type of change that was made to a data record (create, update, or delete), Mobile Support uses the sync store to detect and resolve data conflicts.
