Defining Project-Object Mappings for a Matching Project
Project-object mapping for a matching project defines to which attribute in the Gold table should the attribute in the Consolidation table be matched in order to identify duplicates.
*To project-object mappings for a matching project
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Data Quality > Project Mapping.
2. In Staging Object, select the Consolidation object.
3. In Filter by Project, select the matcher project.
4. Click Project-Object Mapping, and then click Add New Mapping and do the following:
a. In Staging Object, select the Consolidation object.
b. Select the appropriate Staging Object Attribute.
The Project is selected by default.
c. Select the Project Attribute defined from the rules.
d. In Gold Object, select the Consolidation Gold object.
e. In Gold Object Attribute, select the appropriate Consolidation Gold object attributes.
5. Click Save Mapping.
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 until you have mapped all the attributes and windowkeys.
