Saving the Data Displayed in Dashboard
OneData enables you to save the data displayed in graph or summary tables. You can also save the graph as an image.
To save the data displayed in dashboard
1. On the Menu toolbar, select View > Dashboards.
2. Under Report Type, click Workflow Report.
OneData loads MashZone.
3. To save the data in the graph or summary table as a CSV file follow the below steps.
a. Click Transactions for graph or Top 10 Pending Transactions for summary tables.
b. On top right corner of the graph or table header, click the icon 
. c. Select Display and save data....
MashApp displays the data in a pop-up.
d. Click Save as CSV to save the data displayed.
e. Click OK and select a location to Save the image.
Tip: You can sort the data in a column in the pop-up by clicking that column header. You also have the options to do the following:
Do not sort columns: Allows you to order the columns.
Do not format values: Allows you to add or remove the precision in the data values.
Show all invisible columns: Allows you to show the invisible columns in the pop-up.
4. To save the graph as an image, click Transactions and follow the below steps.
a. On top right corner of the graph header, click the icon . b. Select Save as image....
c. Select the format from JPG or PNG and adjust the settings under Advanced settings as required.
d. Click OK and select a location to Save the image.
