Adding Virtual REST Service using an Existing Native REST Service
Adding a Virtual REST Service asset from an existing Native REST Service asset, involves the following steps:
1. Creating a virtual copy (proxy) of the existing Native REST Service asset. For procedures, see Create Virtual REST Service.
2. Configuring the run-time policy actions for the Virtual REST Service asset. For procedures, see Assign Policy Actions for Virtual REST Service.
3. Implementing the virtualization of the existing Native REST Service asset, and publishing the Virtual REST Service asset to one or more gateways. For procedures, see Virtualize and Publish Virtual REST Service to Gateways.
