Managing Case Comments
In the Comments panel, you can view and post comments for the case the details of which you are viewing.
To manage case comments:
1. To open the Comments panel, click in the upper right corner of the Case Details panel. 2. In the Comments panel, you can view a list with a maximum of 50 comments for the case. Each item in the list shows the name of the author, the message text and the posting date.
3. To post a new comment, click the plus icon in the upper right corner. Enter the text in the Share a Message ... field, and click Post.
