Formatting the Code Table Values File
The code table values file also has three tab-separated columns:
The first column indicates the table ID number, for example
0002.
The second column has the code set value, for example
A.
The third column gives the description of the value, for example
Separated.
Each code table value appears on a subsequent line. Following is an example of the required format for a code table values file:
