Insert Line Charts in a dashboard
You can use the Real-time Chart component to insert a Line Chart in your Freeform dashboard.
Procedure
1. Create or open a dashboard in Presto Freeform.
2. Click the Real-time Chart component icon. The selected component is inserted as simple, graphic block in the dashboard and the properies dialog is displayed.
3. Enter an optional component Name.
4. Click the Configure icon to edit the data source assignment. See Assign data sources to Real-time chart for details.
5. Click the Configure filter icon to specify filter conditions.
6. Enter an optional Chart Title for the displayed chart of the component.
7. Select a Line Type. Available are linear, curved or step line types.
8. Activate the Interpolate option.
Activated option: Missing values are ignored (leads to a continuous line).
Deactivated option: Missing values lead to gaps within the line.
9. Activate the Legend option to display a legend in the chart component.
A Line Chart will be displayed with real data from the assigned data source.
