Assign data sources to dashboard components
To display content (e.g. charts, apps or tables) in a dashboard component you have to assign a data source to the component at first.
Each component supports specific data sources. Reals-time Chart and Presto Grid support Event data source or BigMemory data source. The Presto App component requires a Presto app and Presto Views takes only Presto Mashups as data sources.
Note: | First of all, you have the to create the relevant data sources that you want to assign to the components. |
Procedure
2. Click the inserted component. The relevant properies dialog is displayed.
3. Click the 
Configure icon to edit the data source assignment. The Select data souce dialog will be displayed. 4. Select and configure the relevant data source depending on the selected component.
The content of the selected component will be displayed with real data of the assigned data source.
