Event OpenDatabase

Request a connection to an existing Database (ODBC, JDBC, etc.).

See also: DatabaseOperationAck()

Response event: DatabaseOperationAck(); errorMessage is blank on success, "Database does not exist.", or otherwise a description of the error.

- Direction: From client to the correlator.
