Adding a Child Link to a CDD

You can add additional CDDs as child connections to a CDD, effectively merging them in a single CDD.

To add a child CDD:

1. Go to the main online CONNX Data Dictionary Manager page.

You can select CONNX Data Dictionary from the home page or the tile menu on the top right.

2. Open a CDD for editing.

3. Click Gear Icon > Settings in the top right.

4. Select the Linked CDD tab.

5. Click the Add Linked CDD button and enter the full pathname and cdd name in the new field.

You can delete a linked CDD by clicking the trash icon next to a linked CDD.

6. Click Save.
