Specify the applications to display

The applications that you see in the Application Manager may be all applications that you are the authorized user of or all applications that are assigned to a user group that you are a member.

To specify which applications shall be visible in the Applications data workbench, click Object Access in the left navigation panel. The data set displays either Authorized User or the name of a user group in the Object Access column. To change the definition, click the Filter symbol and change the User Group field and click Update. The Applications data workbench will be updated and display only authorized applications.
