This warning message is written when the interface module is not available (see description of LST parameter B97_INDEX_INTERFACE_MODULE=module).

System Action:

Processing continues, but indexing and retrieval may lead to unpredictable results.

Operator Response:

Check the value of the B97_INDEX_INTERFACE_MODULE parameter and correct it if necessary. If the value is correct, check your libraries to find out why the specified module cannot be loaded. Afterwards restart the STC or batch job.
