The Update Manager caches fixes in its file system. By default, cached fixes are deleted every time you start the Update Manager. If you want to keep fixes in the cache for a specified number of days, go to the Software AG_directory /UpdateManager/conf directory, open the sum.cnf file in a text editor, and set the cacheRetainDays property to the number of days.Log onto the machine that hosts the Update Manager and the Software AG products you want to work with as the same user that installed those products.
