Set Up Repository When Using Any Other Database
If you used MySQL, Oracle, PostGres, or SQL Server for your old Presto repository, follow the instructions below.
1. Go to the old_Software AG_directory/Presto/apache-tomee-jaxrs/lib directory and copy the JDBC driver jar file for your database to the same directory in the 9.9 installation.

2. If you used MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server for your old Presto, do the following:
a. Go to the 9.9_Software AG_directory/Presto/apache-tomee-jaxrs/webapps/presto/WEB-INF/lib directory and delete the jackbe-presto-rds-postgre-derby-9.9.jar file.
b. Go to the 9.9_Software AG_directory/Presto/prestorepository directory and copy the jackbe-presto-rds-oracle-mysql-mssql-9.9.jar file to the 9.9_Software AG_directory/Presto/apache-tomee-jaxrs/webapps/presto/WEB-INF/lib directory.
3. 3.7, 3.8, or 3.9 upgrade: Go to the old_Software AG_directory/Presto/apache-tomee/jaxrs/conf directory and copy the tomee.xml file to the same directory in the 9.9 installation.
4. 3.6 upgrade: Configure Presto 9.9 to use the existing repository. For instructions, go to the Presto 9.9 Presto Administration documentation, and then to Getting Started with Presto, and then to Move the Presto and Mashzone Repositories to a Robust Database Solution. Skip steps 1 through 4, and start with step 5.
