9.0 upgrade: If the adapter connects to an Oracle RDBMS, go to the old_Software AG_directory\IntegrationServer\lib\jars directory and copy the Oracle JDBC driver file to the 9.9_Software AG_directory\IntegrationServer\instances\instance_name\lib\jars\custom directory.
