If you customized the old Integration Server Java Service Wrapper, copy the customizations from the old wrapper_conf or custom_wrapper.conf files to the 9.9 custom_wrapper.conf file. The files are located in the Software AG_directory\profiles\IS_instance_name\configuration directory.
