By default, everyone in your organization is permitted to view the API-Portal gateway that you register in CentraSite. However, only you (as the owner of the API-Portal gateway) and users who have a API-Portal Administrator role for your organization are allowed to view, edit and delete these API-Portal gateways. To enable other users to view, edit and/or delete an API-Portal gateway that you have registered, you must modify the API-Portal's permission settings.

You modify the instance-level permissions for an API-Portal gateway by using the Permissions action in the API-Portal details page. If you do not see the Permissions icon, it is probably because you not have the required role to modify the permission settings of the specific API-Portal gateway.
