You can share dynamic, read-only reports with your API-Portal users without giving them access to all of your data.

API-Portal users will be able to see the latest version of your report when they use the shareable link.

There is a command line tool, share Report that allows you to share a report with an instance of API-Portal registered in CentraSite. The command tool is located in the directory <CentraSiteInstallDir>/utilities. Refer to the section "Sharing a Report with API-Portal" in the CentraSite Administrator’s Guide for details on the report command line tool.

You can stop sharing the report at any time. To stop sharing the report, edit the report configuration property "Classifications" and remove its value "shared".

After you make changes to the report configuration, you must execute the "update Report" command. Refer to the section "Updating an Existing Report" in the CentraSite Administrator’s Guide for details on the report command line tool.
