To add and manage API-Portals in CentraSite, you must belong to the CentraSite Administrator role or at least the API-Portal Administrator role.

If you belong to the CentraSite Administrator role, you can manage API-Portal within any organization.

If you belong to the API-Portal Administrator role for an organization, you can manage API-Portals in that particular organization.
