Setting Instance Level Profile Permissions on an API
To assign instance-level permissions on an API's profiles
1. Choose the API's Permissions 
action. 2. Locate the user or group for which you wish to set profile permissions. Then click the arrow icon beside the user or group name to open the profile permission list.
3. Use the checkboxes to indicate which profiles the user or group is permitted to view or modify.
4. Click Ok to save the new permission settings.
5. When you have finished making your changes, click the Save 
icon.
