Creating a New Version of a Set of Assets
You can create a new version for a set of assets, as described in this section. The rules described above for versioning a single asset apply also when versioning multiple assets.
Use the following procedure to create a new version of a set of assets.
To generate a new version of a set of assets
1. In CentraSite Business UI, display the asset list. If you need procedures for this step, see Viewing the Asset List. 2. Mark the checkbox of each asset for which a new version will be created.
3. In the action bar of the Search Results page, click New Version 
. 4. In the Add Version dialog, specify the attributes, in the same way as described previously for creating a new version of an individual asset.
Note: | Keep the following in mind:  If one or more or the selected assets is not the most recent version of the asset, an error message will appear and no new version will be created for any of the assets. If one or more or the selected assets is a virtual asset, an error message will appear and no new version will be created for any of the assets. |
5. When you have finished making your selection, click the Save (
) icon.
