Who Can Create and Manage Targets and Target Types?
To create and manage targets and target types, you must belong to a role with the following permissions:
*Manage Run-Time Targets
*Create Assets (or Manage Assets)
By default, the following predefined roles include the required permissions:
*CentraSite Administrator
*Operations Administrator
