All CentraSite users have implicit (and irrevocable) view permission on report templates. This permission enables you to generate reports from any report template that exists in the registry/repository.
CentraSite Control provides several ways in which you can generate reports. To generate a report from a particular page, you must have permission to access the area of the user interface to which the page belongs. For example, to generate a report from the Report Templates page, you must have the "Use the Reports UI" permission.
