Start Update Manager in Command Line Mode
Log onto the machine that hosts Update Manager as the same user that installed the Software AG products you want to work with and run the appropriate command below.

Windows
Go to the Software AG_directory \UpdateManager\bin directory and run this command:
UpdateManagerCMD.bat [proxy_parameters]
UNIX
Go to the Software AG_directory /UpdateManager/bin directory and run this command:
./UpdateManagerCMD.sh [proxy_parameters]
