Create a ZIP File for My webMethods Server
1. On the old machine, open a command window or shell, go to the old_Software AG_directory\MWS\bin\migrate or old_Software AG_directory \MWS\bin directory, depending on which old release you have, and run the command ZIP-mws.{bat|sh}. The command creates a ZIP file named mws.zip in old_Software AG_directory\MWS\migrate-zip directory.
2. Copy the mws.zip file to any directory on the machine that hosts the new My webMethods Server.
Important: | If using FTP to copy, use the binary file transfer mode\type. If you use another mode\type, the ZIP file might become corrupted. |
