Monitoring and Starting E-form Listeners
You can monitor the operational status of e-form listener components with the Process Engine Dashboard; you can start listener components from the Dashboard as well.
To monitor or start an e-form listener
1. Log on to the where the monitoring processes are located.
2. Click Packages > Management.
3. Locate the WmPRT package and click the Home Page icon 
. 4. Select Processes in the Process Engine pane on the left.
5. In the left pane of the Process Engine > Processes screen, select the process model that you want to work with.
Process Engine displays information about the versions of the selected process model in the right pane.
6. To view more information about a specific process model version, click the name of version; details are displayed in the right-hand pane.
7. The E-form Content Repository Listeners section lists listeners associated with the process model version.
Note: | E-form Content Repository Listeners are displayed only if listeners are configured for the process model version. |
8. To view details about a listener, click the listener name.
9. Status icons indicate whether a listener is:
Running (
status icon)
Stopped (
status icon)
10. If a listener is stopped, click the Restart link to restart it. The Process Engine displays messages about the outcome of the restart at the top of the page.
