You can schedule automatic runs of a build configuration when the source code of an app is taken from a source code repository. To do so, you have to enable the Scheduled? option in the build configuration of the app. You can then define the time at which the app is to be built each day. You can also enable the Enable commit trigger option; the build is then started automatically each time a change is committed to the source code repository. See also Adding a Build Configuration.
