Specifies a list of IP addresses that should be excluded from the hammering settings that you configure in ActiveTransfer Server. The IP addresses listed using this property will not be banned by the ActiveTransfer Server or the ActiveTransfer Gateway. You must restart the ActiveTransfer Server and the ActiveTransfer Gateway(s) associated with the server for this property to take effect.
